- Sales and Objectives - Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sales and tasks including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf
- POS Panel Management - Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules
- AMPPS Strategy Execution (Assortment, Merchandising, Price, Promotion, Shelf enhancement) - Execute the AMPPS strategy by ensuring Kellanova's Brands presence, assortment, and distribution; Optimize product location, organization, and visibility in stores; Enhance promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material
- Insights and Analysis - Periodically analyze data and share views with the manager; Identify short- and medium-term actions based on insights; Continuously monitor trade, category, and brand evolution
- Collaboration and Coordination - Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback
- Professional Development and Image - Actively participate in specific projects delegated by the manager; Promote Kellanova's image through productive in-store collaborations; Utilize the Yammer platform for sharing insights and activities
- University degree required, preferably economics or similar
- Driving license
- Knowledge of Trade, Categories, Brands strategies, Consumer and Shopper behavior
- Experience in sales in FMCG industry
- Fluent in local language (Italian) and English is necessary
