- Drive business development in the automation market with focus to machines builders
- Promote advanced solutions: Motion Control, Digital Transformation, Industrial Sensing
- Work with technologies like PLC, HMI, IIoT, servodrives, brushless motors, photoelectric sensors
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities by prospecting activities
- Contribute to sales strategy and present results to management
- Attend local and international workshops
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales
- Technical background in electronics or electromechanics
- Technical mindset, with application orientation, in a commercial understanding
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented with a strong Team spirit
- Fluent in Italian, with good English reading skills
- Based in Emilia, and open to travel in the area
