In this role, you will support both administrative and payroll activities, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll processing using Zucchetti, one of the leading HR and payroll systems in Italy.Key responsibilities:Support in collecting and verifying employee attendance and timekeeping dataAssist in the preparation and processing of payroll using ZucchettiCollecting, checking, and updating employee data (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.)Help manage documentation related to hiring, onboarding, and offboardingSupport in managing sick leaves, holidays, and other absences, including payroll input for payslip generationAssist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesCollaborate with other departments for administrative needsAssisting with employment contract management and documentationManagement of meal voucher requests and processesYour Identikit:Degree in Human Resources, Business & HR Administration, Economics or related field (or currently pursuing)Strong interest in HR Operations and payroll processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianEagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic digital environmentFamiliarity with Zucchetti software will be considered a strong plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity to shape the way we work.
