As we expand across key European markets, we are looking for a Head of Sales – Italy to lead our growth efforts, build a high-performing team, and expand our presence in the Italian SME market.Your Mission
- Take ownership of Vivid’s sales growth in the Italian market, building a clear market strategy tailored to local SME needs.
- Lead a small but ambitious sales team, with responsibility for hiring, training, and scaling the team as revenue grows.
- Manage the entire sales process end-to-end from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and account handover.
- Launch and manage localized, multi-channel campaigns in partnership with marketing and product to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Work directly with senior decision-makers (including C-suite execs) at client organizations to close high-value deals.
- Use a data-driven approach to continuously improve conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and retention.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, high-value deals.
- Previous leadership experience building and scaling sales teams in the Italian market.
- Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations.
- Comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders and navigating long-cycle sales.
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1 or higher) and English.
