The Smart Factory Program is a cross-functional business discontinuity, as a game changer in the Operations scalability and affordability paradigm. Digital transformation path relays on a multitude of initiatives within the Group Operations, nevertheless lacking a common and driving framework, and the project aims to connect and harmonize all these initiatives with a multi-year program perspective to keep Ferrero's competitive advantage.Main responsibilities:As Smart Factory Expert you will be focused on spearheading digital transformation initiatives to boost the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of the Area's production facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for the Area's Plants, overseeing the roll-out governance of the Area, and handling demand collection.
You will promote standardization by disseminating roll-out guidelines, methodologies, and best practices and you will have the responsibility to support digital initiatives' prioritization within the Area.
By covering this position, you will be responsible of the successful completion of Smart Factory activities across the Area, creating a connection between Plants and the digital capabilities, to be able to drive and shape smooth and effective transformation and ultimately value realization and continuous evolution of the Smart Factory initiatives.
As Project Manager for your Area, you will be responsible to coordinate all the project teams to meet the expected objectives in terms both of Delivery (costs & benefits through a business case when applicable) and Time.
You will also contribute to the improvement journey of Project Management capabilities and culture within Operations.Most initiatives spearheaded by the Smart Factory incorporate a significant element of change management, such as organizational or process evolutions often included within the project scope. In this context, your role as a Change Agent is crucial in facilitating this change. By leveraging your soft skills and emotional intelligence, you will understand the change by evaluating and analyzing the business impact of the change and identifying potential sources of resistance within the target group.
You will be also the key to lead the change, and you will develop and execute communication, learning, and reinforcement plans.The role will be seamlessly aligned with Performance Factors Development and Ferrero Operational Excellence functions to synchronize the Ferrero's journey towards the continuous improvement and performance excellence.Who we are looking for:You will bring your Master's Degree in Production, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering (or any related field), in addition to at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
Your Interest in new technologies and their application in Industrial and intra-logistics environment will be a great asset for us, together with your knowledge of industrial and technological shopfloor processes and physical flows and the use of MES Systems.Your ability as good communicator in English and your collaboration skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders will make you the perfect fit to this role.
