Job Category: IT OperationsJob Description:Italy IT Application Operations Internship | 6 months | MilanFor our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Applications Maintenance team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of:
  • Supporting the governance, monitoring, and continuous evolution of the Local Applications Landscape
  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of Target Operating Models
  • Collaborating with local suppliers and system integrators
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the Global IT team
  • Interfacing with local business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
  • Serving as a focal point for issue escalation and resolution
You are the right person if you:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complexity
  • Are able to manage multiple tasks and set clear priorities
  • Have a proactive and curious attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
