Job Description:DXC Technology is looking for a Junior Business Consultant for our DXC Consulting team.In Consulting we are partnering with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.As a Junior Business Consultant you will blend a passion for technology as a key business enabler with a genuine interest in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Public Sector, Financial Institutions, Energy, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Consumer & Retail and Transportation.Responsibilities:Resposibilities:Assists in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assists in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.Assists in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.Contribute to shaping, preparing and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.Education and Skills required:Recently degree in Technical or Business field.Interested for Information Technology.Nice to have: university project experience in Business Analysis’ creation or project management.Will be consider a plus an internship in IT fields.The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).Work Location: Rome with Remote Possibility#LI-HybridRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
