- Oversees financial/controlling operations within the local Country/Legal Entity targeting amalgamation.
- Deliver financial transparency on the Country/Legal Entity to enable fact-based decision making for the local Management Team and the BU Finance organization.
- Manage and deliver Country/Legal Entity Management Business Review and follow-up closely reconciling plannings, deviations and measurements and make transparent the impact on the Country/Legal Entity P&L to all relevant functional interfaces and stakeholders.
- Lead Country/Legal Entity Finance and Controlling teams, (including Financial Controlling, Sales Controlling and Operations Controlling)
- Prepare Country/Legal Entity Business planning and projects in close reconciliation with the local Management Team and the BU Finance organization.
- Manage the relationship with local Financial Auditors, Controlling and Legal Auditors and other local external stakeholders.
- Oversee the Financial and Tax compliance (based on local legal requirements) with a focus on the Legal Entity economical and cash cycle.
- Ensure the application of Group Standards for processes and for international reporting standard and consolidation purposes.
- Endorse and implement the service Role of the Finance Organization.

- University degree in Economics.
- 5 years' experience in similar position, at least.
- In depth knowledge of financial analysis, tax rules, auditing, and accounting local Italian and international accounting principles.
- Optimal knowledge of the budget/financial forecasts process.
- In depth knowledge of cash-flows standards.
- Excellent know-how of FI-CO modules of ERP systems (JD-Edwards, SAP, etc.) and Excel.
- Good knowledge of M365 standard applications.
- Optimal knowledge of the English language.
- Aptitude to work in a multitasking environment, demonstrating flexibility towards different people and situations ensuring to satisfy changeable priorities.
- Ability to identify key priorities, develop appropriate plans and monitor related progress.
