The Client Advisor Manager is a leadership role with a strong client-facing focus, responsible for driving sales performance, developing long-term client relationships, and coaching the team to deliver an outstanding and consistent client experience.
Your ImpactThe Day-To-Day
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a refined and authentic client experience that reflects the brand’s values and standards and ensuring the brand’s client promise is fully understood, embodied, and consistently applied;
- Drive sales performance through a client-centric mindset, actively engaging in 1to1 clienteling to build long-term relationships with VIC and high-value clients;
- Lead, train, and coach the team to support professional growth, motivation, and the development of effective 1to1 clienteling practices;
- Ensure the team is consistently informed, aligned with corporate policies, and up to date on collections, tools, and ways of working;
- Champion product knowledge and storytelling, guiding the team through the collection, fabrics, and technical excellence that define the brand;
- Monitor the local market and competitive landscape, staying informed about city events and competitor initiatives, and sharing insights with the City Manager and Corporate teams;
- Support store operations, including administration, accounting, stock management, visual standards, and the protection of products and valuable materials in both the store and stockroom;
- Ensure visual excellence and full alignment with brand standards.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Fashion Retail or Hospitality, in sales and floor leadership or senior roles, preferably within a Luxury or Contemporary Luxury environment;
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape;
- Proven excellence in client service, with strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills, and the ability to lead by example on the sales floor;
- Solid experience in Visual Merchandising;
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities;
- Fluency and sophistication in the local language; proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus;
- Digitally aware, curious, and open to new tools and innovative ways of working;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
