- Identify Pain Points and Opportunities: Analyze every stage of the patient journey to pinpoint pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancement
- Mapping 100% of the HCO, developing strategic partnership with key stakeholders for patient-focused access
- Identify and address clinical and operational gaps with innovative solutions
- Helping and implement care pathways according to approved label of the innovative drug in hematology
- Ensure launch success by optimizing the patient journey and creating solutions aligned with patient needs, brand priorities, and health system barriers
- Lead in gathering and sharing timely healthcare insights
- Medical and scientific information is out of the scope in alignment with legislative degree 219
- Working collaboratively with Field Teams: Oversee the activities of field teams, promoting innovative solutions and strategic investments. Prioritize high-value initiatives to meet brand objectives effectvively
- Collaborate with internal and external Stakeholders: Work closely with Business Managers (BMs) and Account Mananger (AMs) and providers to ensure field initiatives are aimed to achieve business goals, addressing strategic priorities and improving PJ pain points
- Develop Quick Solutions: Create a set of initiatives that provide quick, implementable solutions for major PJ pain points. Identify the appropriate framework and contracts that can be easily scaled across different accounts and regions
- Encourage Digital Channels: Promote and support the use of suitable digital channels in territorial action plans. Ensure these plans are monitored and their impact evaluated

- Experience in managing initiatives and projects aligned with brand strategy
- Previous and strong experience in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry, as Sales and Marketing expert
- Considerable knowledge of patient journey analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field or Economics Management
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
- Proven experience in working in complex cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in Oncology and/or Hematology
- Experience in projects management ensuring timely execution and goals
