- Supervise the delivery of theoretical and practical product training to customers and the sales team.
- Ensure effective use of internal software tools for quotations and technical evaluations and coordinate basic training on these tools.
- Provide technical support to the sales team in handling product quality claims and installation-related issues.
- Ensure timely technical evaluation of customer orders in coordination with Customer Service.
- Oversee support for complex or non-standard projects, including feasibility assessments and solution development.
- Manage and validate technical quotations, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, monitoring timelines, resources, and risk factors
- Drive the development, training, and continuous improvement of Techdesign, fostering its evolution as a strategic tool for technical support and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams to support cross-functional needs and effective communication.
- Define goals, monitor team performance, and promote best practices across technical support and project management.
- Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and training materials to ensure service consistency and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical support, product training, or technical project management.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical drawing or configuration tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to travel frequently.
