- Identify and develop a network of distributors and partners across Italy
- Build and structure key accounts and develop long‑term relationships
- Grow commercial relationships with industrial players, distributors, system integrators and advisors
- Position the Company as a trusted and recognized market player
- Represent the company towards customers and local partners
- Manage targeted direct sales with key accounts and strategic projects
- Develop key accounts from first contact to long‑term partnership
- Use a consultative, solution‑oriented sales approach focused on integration and performance
- Adapt commercial offers and sales tactics to local market conditions
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
- Support partners in promoting and selling Company's solutions
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract work
- Help build Company’s visibility in Italy
- Attend trade fairs, industry events and exhibitions
- Provide input for marketing based on customer needs and market feedback
- Collaborate closely with headquarters (sales, marketing, technical)
- Provide ongoing market feedback on trends, competition and customer expectations
- Keep CRM updated and maintain an accurate weekly sales pipeline
- Attend monthly sales meetings
- Join global sales meetings at HQ twice a year
- Contribute to international coordination and knowledge sharing
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Industrial, packaging, automation or technical solution background is a plus
- Experience building markets or partner networks
- Experience managing key accounts
- Ability to work independently in a less structured environment
- Strong understanding of industrial decision processes and long sales cycles
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
- Solid negotiation skills in complex B2B environments
- Commercially resilient and persistent
- Strong ability to communicate and defend a value proposition
- Excellent listener with a customer‑focused mindset
- Data‑driven approach to sales and pipeline management
- Proactive, responsible, and able to adapt in a growing environment
- A credible representative of the company
- Base salary: 70–90 k€
- Bonus: 1-1,5 months salary as an annual bonus based on performance and clear KPI goals
