What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.As a Product Manager at WebBeds, you will play a key role in enhancing hotel partnerships and maximising product performance. Reporting to the Director of Contracting, you will manage a specific destination or geographical area and work closely with hotel partners to ensure rates, availability, and offers are optimised. This position offers the opportunity to build relationships, analyse market trends, and contribute to WebBeds' growth in a fast-paced, international environment.In this role you will:In this role, you will support hotel partners to ensure their rates, allocations, and availability remain accurate and competitive. You will manage stop sales where required and work closely with Contracts Managers to identify opportunities for special offers and promotional campaigns that drive sales. Monitoring market prices regularly will be a key part of staying competitive.You will build strong, lasting relationships with hotel partners, providing training on supplier interfaces to improve efficiency and collaboration. You will also assist in launching, managing, and tracking partner promotions and performance, using data insights to suggest improvements.Part of your role will involve analysing production and performance reports, supporting the team with competitiveness tracking and key business metrics. You will investigate and convert third-party bookings into Directly Contracted (DC) opportunities and ensure BAR (Best Available Rate) contracts are set up correctly and activated on time.You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly, support project delivery, and maintain hotel allocations, ensuring last-minute availability challenges are addressed efficiently.Key Responsibilities.
  • Support hotel partners in maintaining up-to-date rates, allocations, and availability.
  • Manage and evaluate stop sales, negotiating or acting as required.
  • Work with Contracts Managers to identify opportunities for special offers and promotions.
  • Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure WebBeds offers the most competitive rates.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners to enhance collaboration and performance.
  • Educate and train hotel partners on supplier interfaces to improve efficiency and engagement.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring promotions and campaigns for specific hotel partners.
  • Analyse hotel performance and production data to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • Undertake tasks related to competitiveness reports and other key departmental metrics.
  • Investigate and recover 3P bookings to Directly Contracted (DC) as per departmental guidelines.
  • Support the mapping and activation of BAR (Best Available Rate) contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain contractual hotel allocations and ensure last-minute availability is addressed.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
