Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by 2030.The green evolution of the Ansaldo Energia portfolio goes hand in hand with product diversification - intended to broaden the Group scope of activity and cover new power generation and preservation technologies.This mission is assigned to Ansaldo Green Tech - a Company focused on the energy transition business, incorporated in 2021 and fully owned by Ansaldo Energia, which has inherited from Ansaldo Energia specific know-how and capabilities.PositionAnsaldo Green Tech is implementing an important Project within the IPCEI Hy2tech framework funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU, for the development, industrialization and first industrial deployment of electrolysers based on the innovative AEM (Anion Membrane Exchange) technology. The first installations are associated with the acquisition of contracts and sales orders, finalized or in the process of being finalized. The position covered by this research concerns the management of commercial contracts (potentially associated with the IPCEI Project).Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure planning, coordination and implementation of assigned electrolyzers projects, in compliance with contractual delivery times and performance and in accordance with budget, quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure coordination with the cross-functional project team, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Administration Finance and Control (AFC).
  • Ensure constant communication with customers, suppliers and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress of the project, including through periodic reports and implement any necessary corrective action.
  • Ensure the compliance with the project financial plan, with particular focus to costs and cash-in, ensuring - in coordination with AFC - the proper collection of all necessary information and documentation for the project financial reporting aimed to recover the financial aid, if any.
  • Coordinate with EHS representatives for all related matters, ensuring risk reduction and regulatory compliance during all project execution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience to plan, execute monitor and close assigned projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery on time within budget and scope
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and contributors across different functions
  • Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility in managing assigned activities
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in power generation and/or O&G sector is considered a plus
