Collecting and structuring automation requirements from clients

Assessing automation feasibility (RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Translating business needs into functional specifications

Managing project planning, milestones, and delivery governance

Coordinating development activities and monitoring progress

Organizing UAT sessions and supporting go-live phases

Monitoring automation performance and value realization (hours saved, error reduction, cycle time improvement)

You will ensure that automation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.As part of the consulting team, you will also:

Structure and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities

Prepare executive-ready deliverables and steering committee materials

Develop strong client relationships through regular interaction and progress reviews

Support transformation roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to proposals and commercial initiatives in digital and automation domains

Support market analysis and benchmarking activities

Participate in strategic studies to expand TNP Italia’s automation offering

WHO YOU ARE

Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields

2–3 years of experience in consulting or industry in:

– RPA projects (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar)– Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)– Digital transformation or process automation initiatives

Experience in managing projects and coordinating technical delivery teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Structured and organized mindset with the ability to manage multiple parallel streams

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow in a dynamic environment

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Power BI knowledge is a plus

Italian and English are mandatory; a third language is a plus
