- Manage, update, and maintain the CRM system to ensure clean and accurate client data
- Reach out to potential clients with initial contact messages and follow-ups
- Support client relationship management by scheduling meetings, tracking touchpoints, and ensuring timely communication
- Polish and maintain commercial assets and documentation used across the group
- Coordinate internally with design, strategy, and delivery teams to align messaging and offers
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and follow-up emails
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Good writing and communication skills
- Italian mother tongue and English at a business level (B2+)
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and a genuine interest in client relationships
- Comfortable with digital tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Availability for at least 6 months
- Real-world sales experience in a fast-paced, design-driven consultancy
- Insight into the full commercial lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
