- Receive and manage qualified leads from the internal team or lead generators.
- Independently organise and conduct briefing calls with prospects.
- Analyse client needs and translate them into tailored service proposals.
- Collaborate with production and leadership (when necessary) to refine offers.
- Own the proposal and negotiation process up to contract acceptance.
- Experience in digital strategy, consulting, or selling complex B2B services.
- Ability to work independently with a client-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and fluency in Italian or German are mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong understanding of marketing, tech, or AI-based solutions is a plus.
- Compensation based on closed deals: percentage on net or gross value, depending on the type of service.
- Full autonomy over client interaction, briefing structure and time management.
- Possibility to contribute to complex, innovative digital projects.
