- Contribute to the areas of the whole Sustainable Energy Applications and Solutions strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions.
- Analyze customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market.
- Develop and implement business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with the strategies of solution unit and corresponding teams.
- Provide market intelligence analyses in support of identification and development of new market trends, segments, or solutions.
- Establish and maintain close dialogue with customer base and key prospects for the purpose of recommending novel technical solutions.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities in key markets with local and global players.
- Collaborate with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in the implementation of initiatives.
- Coordinate solutions marketing launch development plans and ensure efficient and effective execution together with the Local Sales Units.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing – preferably in low voltage products and systems. Experience in sustainable Energy field is a plus.
- Capability to promote innovative solutions and identify new opportunities in evolving markets.
- High analytical orientation and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent skills in teamworking, communication and negotiation.
- Availability to travel approximately 35% of time.
- Good proficiency in English; Other languages and previous experience working in Agile environments are a plus.
