- Lead the implementation of the Market Reach strategy within your division, translating it into actionable sales initiatives and measurable results.
- Drive customer engagement and account development, strengthening relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop a large team of professionals, through targeted coaching and effective leadership.
- Collaborate actively in cross-functional projects, working with other departments to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Take full ownership of the division's financial performance by managing the P&L and analyzing the key business drivers.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's/MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales, with strong knowledge of sales processes and financial metrics.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams through change.
- Proven strategic problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing talents to foster collaboration.
- Implement structured sales management processes focused on pipeline oversight and opportunity growth.
- Willingness to travel nationally and reside within the geographic area of responsibility (Northern Italy).
