  • Lead the implementation of the Market Reach strategy within your division, translating it into actionable sales initiatives and measurable results.

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's/MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales, with strong knowledge of sales processes and financial metrics.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams through change.
  • Proven strategic problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing talents to foster collaboration.
  • Implement structured sales management processes focused on pipeline oversight and opportunity growth.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and reside within the geographic area of responsibility (Northern Italy).
