- Manage the product lifecycle - from market analysis and roadmap definition to launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and translating insights into new product opportunities.
- Enhance performance across Quality, Cost, and Delivery, ensuring our products lead the industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, aligning priorities with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Engage directly with customers and our sales network to gather feedback and maximize product impact.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B electronics industry.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and engage with customers daily.
- Curiosity and passion for electromechanical disciplines (a STEM degree is a plus).
- Environmental awareness, understanding the impact of HVAC/R units on sustainability.
- Proactive and accountable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Innovative problem-solver, with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations to diverse technical audiences.
