- Client Service Excellence: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality responses. Act as a trusted consultant to anticipate partner needs.
- AI-Driven Brief Analysis: Collaborate with management to explore client requests, utilizing generative AI tools and data analysis for a deeper understanding of market trends and expectations.
- Social & Influencer Strategy Execution: Coordinate the implementation of social media strategies and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and selecting talent aligned with the client’s positioning.
- AI-Enhanced Talent Selection: Utilize AI tools and data analysis for influencer scouting, evaluating follower authenticity, content quality, and strategic affinity based on real metrics.
- Integrated Project Management: Oversee projects through all agency phases, ensuring development, delivery, and final evaluation while working in synergy with creative and digital departments.
- Content & Community Oversight: Supervise the development of editorial plans (PED) and community management, integrating automation and AI solutions to optimize engagement and responsiveness.
- Administrative & Tech Diligence: Precisely manage quotes, timelines, and reporting, integrating AI tools for administrative automation and performance monitoring (including social KPIs and ROI tracking).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an PM/Account in structured communication agencies.
- Digital & AI Oriented: Proven experience in digital campaigns and familiarity with major AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, sentiment analysis, or automation tools).
- Social & Influencer Expertise: Solid understanding of social media dynamics and influencer marketing workflows.
- Relational Growth: Proven ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
- Creative Understanding: Ability to interpret and enhance the creative solutions proposed by the agency.
- Software Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and cloud collaboration platforms.
- Education: University degree, preferably in Communication or Marketing.
- Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage negotiations with clients and partners, finding win-win solutions while protecting agency interests and margins.
- Client Centricity: Deep commitment to client care, with a focus on building empathy, trust, and long-term satisfaction.
