Contract: Full-time, fixed term of 1 yearWhere we need you:Job overviewAs Commercial Data Transition Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the transition from Circana to Nielsen, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and strong adoption by commercial teams.In addition, the role supports business decision-making through high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights, while contributing to the improvement of data quality and consistency across commercial datasets.Your core responsibilities at a glance:
- Lead the end-to-end transition from Circana to Nielsen across assigned markets.
- Oversee the rebuild of dashboards and standard reports on Nielsen data, including integration into the Commercial Data Lake
- Translate methodological changes into clear, actionable business guidance.
- Develop and deliver training to markets on Nielsen datasets, KPIs, and data structures.
- Act as the main point of contact for issue resolution, coordinating with Nielsen and internal stakeholders.
- Support data quality and governance efforts by identifying and resolving issues in retail datasets, primarily in the context of the Nielsen transition.
- Collaborate with local markets, Global Insights, BI, IT, and Master Data teams to improve data consistency and reliability.
- Highlight structural data gaps (including in SAP S/4HANA) and feed into broader data governance initiatives.
- Support priority business needs through dashboard development, reporting, and analytics, focusing on high-impact use cases.
- Ensure data availability, consistency, and usability for business reviews in collaboration with local teams and partners.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools in line with evolving business requirements.
- Support the delivery of complex, multi-country initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across commercial functions, markets, and external partners.
- Master degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science or similar
- 3-6 years in Commercial Analytics, BI, Data Governance, Category/RGM or FMCG Insights.
- Strong experience with Nielsen/Circana retail data mandatory.
- Work experience in FMCG and in cross cultural environments.
- Excellent understanding of product hierarchies, retail KPIs, coding structures and data flows.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data issues into clear business explanations.
- Power BI skills are a plus.
- SQL/Python skills are a plus.
