Purchase Requisition ManagementIdentify departmental needs and initiate purchase requisitions.Process detailed requests into the procurement system.Collaborate with managers for approvals and budget alignment.🔹 2. Procurement Officer / BuyerReview approved requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.Ensure timely issuance and tracking of POs.🔹 3. Receiving & InspectionReceive incoming goods or services and inspect for quality and accuracy.Document any discrepancies and coordinate with vendors or procurement.Registry goods receipts in the system to update inventory.🔹 4. Accounts Payable & InvoicingMatch purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoicesInvestigate and resolve mismatches or discrepancies.Ensure compliance with internal controls and budget policies.🔹 5. Payment ProcessMonitor cash out based on vendor terms and cash flow priorities.Maintain accurate cash reporting.🔹 6.
