Feel the Olympic and Paralympic energy joining us at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, leaving a mark in the sport history!BREAK THE ICE!Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.PositionThe stakeholder services team is responsible for managing stakeholder group requirements, needs assessment and stakeholder definitions, origins and modality analysis, arrivals and departures profile development, end-to-end service delivery process design, communications, arrival and departure data collection, input, and management in ADS. Arrivals & Departures team members may be needed foreach of the stakeholder groups during planning and at Games time:
  • NOCs;
  • IFs;
  • Media, (press, broadcasters).
  • IOC, dignitaries and future OCOGs.
  • Marketing Partners, host OCOG workforce and fans
Stakeholder Management is critical for the End 2 End Arrival And Departures journey to be managed and communicated.Main role tasks:
  • Assisting in create a detailed stakeholder management plan and putting it into practice
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to better identify and address stakeholder concerns
  • Create stakeholder presentations, service communication and publication
  • Supporting the Stakeholder Services Senior Manager to develop and deliver an End to End Service Delivery Model for the Stakeholders Arrivals & Departures
  • Supporting the Arrivals and Departures System Manager in collecting AND Data
  • Assist the Senior Manager with team Recruitment, training, objective settings, performance management
  • Leading on the AND Policies and Procedures
  • Games Time Operations issue resolution
Requirements
  • Experience working at a Major Sports Event in Stakeholder Services or in an Arrivals & Departures role;
  • Evidence of the ability to apply a clear, logical, and coherent approach to the analysis of complex issues, as well as the development and implementation of recommendations for the next steps in action;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships and joint decision-making;
  • The ability to proactively contribute to operational discussions and manage challenging situations is essential;
  • Demonstrated resilience and proficiency in responding proactively to changes and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skills in Team Management, Operations Management, Team Leadership, Project Planning, and Project Coordination;
  • Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams;
  • Knowledge and daily use of major office packages, with a strong ability to design and produce business process maps.
