Since 2014, our team of fraud hunters, cybersecurity specialists, data scientists and software engineers has been united by a single ambition: to make digital ecosystems safer.We work in close partnership with our customers to help them unlock digital growth while proactively managing risk in an increasingly complex threat landscape.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Product Manager to join our organization, with a focus on the Cleafy Console: the user-facing component of our platform.In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our customers derive maximum value from Cleafy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the Console, including identifying user opportunities for improvement, and partnering with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.You will also lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and capabilities, supported by a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, clearly articulated value propositions, and well-defined success metrics.Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Director to define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cleafy Console
Lead in-depth discovery activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and workflows in day-to-day fraud analysis
Develop clear and comprehensive product briefs and PRDs to effectively communicate discovery insights and product requirements
Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to user experience and successful adoption of the Console
Communicate proactively across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product roadmap and priorities
Engage directly with customers and end users to identify future opportunities and continuously refine the product direction

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience
Background in B2B enterprise software, with a strong focus on user experience
Solid understanding of UX principles and close collaboration with UX/design teams
Experience with big data and analytics products
Experience in fraud prevention and/or cybersecurity domains is considered a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to independently deliver technology products end-to-end
Strong knowledge of product development methodologies and industry best practices
Data-driven approach to product management, including A/B testing, user research, usability testing, data analysis, and competitive/market analysis
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
