The person will be part of Arco Felice Plant joining the Procurement Team.He/She, reporting to Procurement Plant Manager, will cooperate with the Team in the following tasks:Reviewing vendor proposals to ensure that they are complete and accurate per existing proceduresPreparing purchase orders for goods or services being purchased by the companyCommunicating with vendors regarding order status, payment issues, delivery schedules, problems with shipping or quality of goods, etc.Coordinating with other departments within the organization regarding the status of orders, including department heads, shipping companies, customer service representatives, and accounting staffKeeping records of all transactions related to purchasing activities, including invoice numbers, dates of purchase, items purchased, prices paid, and terms of saleSupporting the plant in managing the Snow task management respecting the current procedureMatching purchase orders with invoices and other documentation to ensure that all purchases have been recorded correctlySupporting the Plant Buyer optimizing the current process flows and proceduresSupporting the Plant Buyer developing a management system in order to simplify the validation vendor documentation gatheringQualifications:Master’s degree in economics or management with a focus on Business AdministrationKey Competences:Language: proficiency knowledge of EnglishCommunication: He/She may be required to communicate with suppliers, managers and other procurement representatives. Effective communication can help to convey information clearly and answer questions.Organization: He/She may be responsible for managing multiple projects at once. Organization skills can help to keep track of all the information you need to complete assigned tasks.Attention to detail: He/She must be able to notice mistakes and inconsistencies in data and information to ensure that the company is receiving the correct products and services.Problem-solving: He/She may be responsible for finding solutions to problems that arise during the procurement process.
