– Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and wellness services, tailoring experiences to guests' preferences.
– Maintain a deep understanding of all spa services, products, and promotions to enhance the guest journey.
– Handle special requests, VIP arrangements, and bespoke experiences with precision and attention to detail.Organization & Planning:
– Manage spa reservations, schedules, and daily operations with precision and efficiency.
– Coordinate appointment bookings and agenda management, optimizing guest flow and maximizing service efficiency based on client demand.
– Assist the SPA Manager in achieving budget and marketing objectives.

– Oversee the accounting system and cash handling, ensuring accurate payment processing for treatments and services.
– Maintain accurate records of guest treatments, preferences, and relevant information for personalized service.
Collaboration & Communication
– Work closely with spa therapists, front office, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
– Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
– Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.

– Languages: Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
– Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and guest service skills.
– Organization & Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality setting.
– Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with spa reservation systems and hotel management software.
