- Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and potential customers’ needs;
- Methodic research of new prospective clients;
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers;
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
- Prepare sales proposals and sales contracts ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines;
- Keep records of sales, revenue and payments;
- Collect and trackcompetitive intelligence;
- Provide feedback and after-sales support;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- At least 4/5 years of proven working experience as sales executive or a similar role within a packaging or intra-logistics companies;
- At least 2-year experience in the E-commerce machine market will be considered a fundamental plus;
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions with the adoption of up-selling and cross-selling approaches;
- Intra-logistics market knowledge;
- Communication and negotiation skills and ability to build solid business relationships;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Willing to travel up to 40/50% of working time;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
