- Using our internal mainframe systems to manage orders received during sales campaigns, prices and delivery of goods
- Adhering to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service
- Providing top-quality customer service by answering to customer inquiries/issues as required
- Communicating and collaborating with internal departments in order to meet customer expectations
- Developing and executing planned activities
- Facilitating the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities
- An high school graduate (university degree will be a plus)
- A customer service representative with a previous experience at least in customer service or in similar roles (preferably within the fashion/luxury industry)
- An expert user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Stealth (or AS400)
- A professional aware of Luxury Goods International/ Luxury Goods Logistics dynamics
- An excellent communicator, able to work well with individuals from all levels of an organisation and suppliers
- A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (good knowledge of either French or German would be a plus)
