- Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Italian speaking customers, from onboarding through renewal
- Manage the technical implementation of our Awareness Platform (SaaS product), ensuring a smooth and successful Go-Live
- Guide and advise customers on cybersecurity awareness measures, helping them maximise the impact of our platform
- Conduct business reviews, highlight ROI, and support renewal/upsell conversations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to drive success of your customers
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with our product development team
- Leverage the relationships you build to identify reference customers and case study candidates
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management—ideally within a SaaS company
- Customer-centric with a proactive and hands-on mindset, and strong motivation to make an impact in a fast growing company
- Comfortable handling technical setups and liaising with support or engineering teams when needed
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to handle commercial conversations confidently
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Able to manage multiple customers, tasks, and stakeholders in parallel
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team
- Interest in cybersecurity or willingness to learn quickly
