- Build and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies, with a primary focus on digital, especially connected tv while also supporting cross-media opportunities across tv, radio, print, and other platforms;
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospect new business towards achieving agreed business targets;
- Analysis of clients' media and communication strategies, consultancy;
- Develop the business by winning new clients, cross- and upselling within the existing portfolio and by promoting new media opportunities to the market;
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the management;
- Influence strategic development based on industry knowledge;
- Nurture strong business relationships with publishers and editors;
- Develop and manage industry events, nationally and internationally;
- International mindset with a focus on Italy, with future opportunities for cross-market meetings abroad;
- Generating new creative sales ideas for our solutions team;
- Prepare regularly commercial strategy on the development of its own portfolio of clients, both existing and potential.
- + 8 years in Sales, if possible with a specialisation in Agency Business Developmen;
- 1st experience preferably in a media agency or broadcast media;
- Solid experience in digital media, particularly with upper and mid-funnel campaigns. Familiarity with VOD, BVOD, and SVOD platforms is essential. A good understanding of programmatic buying logic and strong working relationships with agency trading desks are key. Experience in CTV is highly valued;
- Strong agency network across multiple seniority levels, with proven ability to engage not only with planners but also with senior stakeholders such as client leads and strategy directors;
- Experience with media with an understanding of international media environment (TV, radio, digital, print) preferred;
- Well structured, good presentation skills and team spirit;
- Fluent in English & Italian . Additional language is an asset.
