You will focus on designing and improving verification software and frameworks for embedded cryptographic solutions, implementing tests, and delivering high-quality, audit-compliant results for Infineon's cutting-edge security controllers.In your new role you will:
- Program verification software for embedded cryptographic software on Infineon's security controllers primarily based on ARM architectures
- Improve and further develop a verification framework
- Implement tests and support integration as well as documentation of embedded cryptographic software components according to requirements and standards
- Integrate and maintain the test environment into an automated build flow
- Work in a distributed and highly collaborative team and closely with software developers
- Support audit-proof documentation of the work results
You have good analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong motivation to dive into the world of cryptography, and a willingness to go the extra mile with the team to ensure the success of your projects. You are a curious and proactive team player who learns and adapts quickly to technical standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and resilience in solving complex problems make you a valuable contributor to any team.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science
- An awareness of software testing methodologies
- Experience in programming in C and scripting languages like Python, Bash or similar
- Experience working with version control systems and configuration management
- Basic experience with functional safety and cybersecurity is a plus
- Good analytical skills and motivation to dive into area of cryptography
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage
