KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. When you join the Financial Risk team in Milan, you are going to work on Credit Risk projects, for top-tier clients in the Financial Services sector.Specifically, you will be tasked with:

analysis of national and international practice and know-how of the KPMG framework on Risk Management issues, specifically: Risk Strategy, Risk Governance, Model Risk Management, Credit Processes and Risk monitoring
analysis and interpretation of relevant regulations (prudential supervisory provisions, European Banking Authority guidelines, European Central Bank, Basel Commettee, etc.) with reference to aspects relevant to credit risk management and the impact of climate and environmental risk issues on this profile
design and formalization of the Target Operating Model, framework, policies, processes, methodologies related to the Risk Management area
support in activities dedicated to monitoring and control processes (e.g., Level II controls, reporting, performance monitoring of risk metrics, etc.)

a specialist degree (graduate or nearing completion) in finance or any other business faculty;
have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
knowledge of programming software and languages (Python, SAS, R, Matlab and Stata).
