- Define the marketing requirements of the offer features, define SOW(Statement of Work) and build standardized documentation of how the offer is designed within the Marketing playbook. Define use cases, enrichment of the offer and ongoing iterations of the offer.
- Build and deliver clear, detailed, standardized documentation on the design of the offer, leveraging the 6P framework adopted by Global Services (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion, People, Process)
- Define and write the statement of work for delivery of the services offer.
- Manage inputs and define ongoing improvements required of the offer to meet customer/market needs.
