Apply now!Learn more:RRP Digital Business Solution ManagerThe RRP Digital Business Solution Manager position exists to completely manage, maintain and/or implement new business solutions in Digital Ecosystem, including the global DES as well as local touchpoints like 121 application, Brand Ambassador and Connexus. The position act as a communication bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and successful delivery.Key Objectives:
  • Develop, maintain and implement business solutions for consumer facing touchpoints
  • Understand the business needs with translating them into technical aciton points
  • Identify and mitigate risks before the implementation
  • Monitor and report on architecture landscape
Key responsibilities:
  • SOLUTION DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
- Gather customer business, functional and technical requirements- Creation and development of digital products and local processes that aim to increase efficiency, improve customer experience
  • TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Coordinate and supervise the testing activities (E2E, UAT)- Plan and execute the implementation activities (deployment, configuration, migration or training of the local power users
  • MARKET ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY
- Actively present and improve the current solution by a local trend- Conduct market research, and analyze economic indicators to identify new business opportunities- Inform and participate in strategic decision-making sessions
  • TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
- Perform presentations and demonstrations of new initiatives with clear business objectives to non-technical audience- Supporting the local and global S&O team with issue definition and bug fixing
  • FOSTER COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Sales) and external partners (digital agencies) to ensure alignment and success.- Maintain regular communication with JTI RRP Team members and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to company standards and processes.- Partner with the local retail team to create a synergy between online and offline channels, driving omnichannel customer experience.Requirements:
  • University Degree - Bachelor's degree in IT, Math sciences, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT and product testing (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strategy and planning
  • Strong business acumen, process improvement and problem-solving
  • Technical communication and collaboration
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • One Team spirit and teamworking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian is a plus
