It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.As PROJECT INFORMATION MANAGER, you will join our Department/Function DIGI/PIMAN.The Project Information Manager (PIM) is a professional who works within an EPC organization to ensure the efficient and accurate management of EPC project information.The primary responsibilities of the Project Information Manager include defining project information management requirements, establishing data management procedures, managing regulatory compliance and data security policies, defining specifications for information management systems, project information, and supervising personnel who manage project information management activities.PIM ensures the identification, implementation, and correct functioning of most appropriate Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) solutions for business project needs, according to defined targets in terms of quality, costs, time schedules and service level. Duties include, in relation to assigned competency:
  • providing assistance to the Project Director/Project Manager in the relations with the Client for the Information Management topics; carrying out planning of the project or phase/activities assigned to the reference Project Manager in liaison with the other project organization positions; ensuring the review of contractual documents within area of responsibility and identifying project IM and IT needs to support the project organization.
  • supporting the Project Manager in the monitoring of the IM/IT direct and indirect costs during the project execution considering also the initial IM/IT cost estimate;
  • ensuring the definition and the implementation of the IM Project Execution Plan and the IT Project Execution Plan
  • Collaborating with the relevant project position ensuring a proper set-up of the project tools considering also the Client's requirements in order to guarantee the correct information flows during the project phases;
  • defining and maintain an appropriate Digital Management Framework (including a centralized Data Management solution and data quality solution) for the lifecycle of project electronic information;
  • coordinating the relevant IT Focal Points and IM Data Coordinator in the different project locations to ensure the proper design, setup and availability of the required project IM/IT infrastructure to permit the electronic information flows among different projects stakeholders and different project locations;
  • monitoring the status of the electronic information also through the definition and analysis of KPI and reporting the issues (in terms of consistency, correctness and completeness) to the relevant project positions
  • supporting the IM/IT Change Management process for project IT/IM solution/services to ensure that the modification required do not have negative impacts on the quality of electronic information;
  • supporting the progressive and final handover of data and document and data to Client through appropriate IM/IT solutions and ensuring the final handover of electronic information as requested by the contract.
  • supporting project positions for the usage of IT services and systems.
  • monitoring that the required integrity, availability and privacy level of electronic information is respected, verifying also that the back-up of electronic information.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Project ManagementKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: A fluent English, is essential, being an international work environment.LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in the role of Project Information Manager on EPC projects.IT SKILLS: Knowledge of project information management software, such as EDMS, Hexagon suite, Aveva Suite or similar, as well as good knowledge of project management software, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar.Knowledge of Data Model definitions.SOFT SKILLS: The Project Information Manager should be a highly organized individual, with a strong attention to detail and deadlines, as well as skilled in managing relationships with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and other project stakeholders.LOCATION: Fano, (PU), ItalyAll interested candidates (L.903/03) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art. 13, D.
