The Senior Account Manager builds solid relationships with and provides support to whole portfolio of Petcare clients. As Petcare Best Practice leader the Senior Manager handles all day-to-day servicing, contributes to revenue goals, and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts and is responsible to renew all contracts. The senior account manager is also part of the team serving one the top client supporting the team director and directly facing the client and accountable for the client's overall satisfaction. Job Responsibilities -Enhance Circana's connection with Petcare Clients, building strategic relationships based on value. -Manage and implement Circana's strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs. -Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline, achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio. -Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client. -Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service. -Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format. -Bring the voice of the client inside Circana with the intention to always keep high quality standards -Act as an internal client for the sake of the client satisfaction
