DRIVE YOUR FUTURE
We are looking for an experienced IT project manager to join our IT manufacturing team and lead projects Digital transformation projects. You will be the main point of contact for the HQ business partner functions and for our local factories, collecting requirements and analyzing solutions to identify the best ones. You will collaborate with the development team to design optimal solutions within projects constraints.YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
  • Cooperate with Manufacturing function and worldwide factories to collect requirements and analyze and identify possible digital solutions
  • Develop IT projects plans, goals, and objectives that align with business goals and monitor their progress, making adjustment as needed
  • Manage the projects from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design effective solutions coherent with project goals
  • Ensure projects deliverables are met and report projects progress to the key stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and to work both autonomously and in team
