- Be the country manager for On-Demand - this primarily means sales and account management, but you will also have a role 360* role and help to coordinate financial control and profitability, operational needs, necessary tech developments/ adaptations, etc.
- Act as the bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ
- Prioritize top accounts, identify the solutions that each partner needs (working closely with local AMs), and develop an action plan for how to target and pitch them
- Build proposals and lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
- Management of the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase to ensure that they can operate independently
- Own the relationship with the partner for everything related to the On-Demand solution
- Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements
- Monitor financials in the country: pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability through operation costs and recurrent sales
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy
- Problem solver, data-driven, analytical
- Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Customer-oriented with strong commercial skills
- Ability to understand complex software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams. Comfortable working with technical product and API integration teams.
- Accountability and ownership for projects from start to finish - can understand the entire funnel and identify where to take actions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace and multiple responsibilities
- Fluent in Italian, working proficiency in English
