Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);
Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
Manage and develop large operational teams (80–100 employees)
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Customer
Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;
Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.

Requirements

Master`s degree in Engineering/Economic;
Solid experience in logistics / supply chain, preferably in industrial environments
Several experience in a direct management team;
Proven track record in people leadership and union relations
English fluent;
Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site;
Strong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma);
Team player with a positive mind set
