CoreView is looking for a AI Engineer ”GenAI Mechanic”. As a member of the AI development team, you'll channel your AI expertise, build smarter features using GenAI technologies, and guide the creation of exceptional user-centric and automated AI workflows.At CoreView, we build tools that transform both our internal company workflows and our customer-facing product.You'll work with AI frameworks like Agno, but we are open-minded about everything that is top-notch in the field. Our stack includes Qdrant and Postgres for blazing-fast searches and persistent storage. - Enthusiastic about building intelligent and scalable solutions using cutting-edge GenAI technologies.
- Strong understanding of GenAI’s role in distributed systems, conversational agents, and integration pipelines.
- Experience with traditional machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation) and applying models such as regression, classification, and clustering to real-world data problems at scale.
- Proficient in Python, with experience in designing modular and agentic AI-driven tools and SDK.
- Experience building autonomous systems with agentic frameworks like Agno, CrewAI, and LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Qdrant and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Dive deep into prompt engineering and optimization, focusing on high-quality AI-generated output.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting agentic frameworks and GenAI tooling.
- Passion and curiosity for topics like fine-tuning, MLX, LLMStudio, and Ollama.
- Proficient in Italian & English—capable of collaborating across global teams.
- Drive the software architecture for innovative GenAI-driven features, ensuring scalability, usability, and intelligence.
- Develop core AI features leveraging GenAI frameworks for smart decision-making and personalized in-product experiences.
- Build AI-powered tools to enhance internal development workflows and accelerate product innovation.
- Optimize AI models and agent frameworks to respond faster and smarter.
- Help internal engineers with AI topics, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and AI excitement.
- Enhance security and ethical AI practices within the product, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.
- Expand AI libraries, workflows, and tooling to boost engineering efficiency and maintainability.
- Keep CoreView at the forefront of the GenAI and AI world by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating what’s relevant.
