- Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
- Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business
- Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock
- Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
- Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
- Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
- Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at the headquarters in Germany
- Experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
- Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
- Good technical understanding as well as high level of communication and intercultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a growing team
- Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology
- Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs
- Fluent in Italian as well as good verbal and written communication skills in English or German
