- Linguist recruitment and selection for Translated’s clients: you will support QMs in vetting potential profiles for new projects and clients, as well as setting up and coordinating their testing.
- Linguist performance monitoring: you will use Translated’s tools and data to monitor linguists undergoing a Trial Period on one or more accounts in order to provide feedback to QMs, as well as being in direct contact with the linguists to boost engagement and motivation and provide feedback.
- Set up and execution of Quality Audits: you will set up and launch Quality Auditing projects in order to measure the delivered quality to one or more clients, using Translated’s software and spreadsheets.
- Support with administrative tasks: you will provide assistance in some admin tasks such as submitting payment requests for freelancers.
- Support and troubleshooting with linguists on client tool access issues: you will follow pre-established processes to provide support to linguists who have issues accessing tools and platforms provided by our clients.
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Language Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of translation, localization, or linguistic quality assurance.
- Familiarity with CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools and other translation software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Excellent computer and web skills required with a particular focus on G-suite and Google sheets.
