- Educating brands and ecosystem partners (media agencies, creative agencies, consulting) on TikTok marketing product solutions and measurement
- Driving media strategy, planning, and implementation of media campaigns to deliver against partners' business goals
- Support and work with the Brand Partnerships Manager and Industry Activation Strategist on pre-sale research, strategy and pitch
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Manage and grow post-sale partner relationships with brands and agencies
- Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the partners and collaborate with the relevant internal teams in order to provide a complete solution
- Monitor and analyse ad campaigns, to identify optimisation opportunities for improving and scaling performance
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot partner issues on the platform
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with partners, in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships ManagerQualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing or account management in brands, agencies or ad tech
- Must be willing to work in Milan, Italy
- Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech product
- Full funnel advertising campaign experience including performance
- Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media and entertainment in general
- Excellent verbal and written English and Italian language skill
- Media & Entertainment, Sport, Education, Apps & Telco Industry knowledge is a plusPreferred qualifications:
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills
- Able to coordinate different stakeholders' interests and requests at the same time
- Experience in client facing role and ability to speak to C-Level stakeholders
- Experience in managing highly structured business
- Deep understanding of the measurement solutions and how to leverage those to prove TikTok value to clients
- Excellent verbal and written Italian and English communication skills, due to working with vendors/external stakeholders in the greek market
