You will play a crucial role in successfully implementing and maintaining our strict standards of excellence within a sterile environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment within the Injectable Department outside the Sterile Area, adhering closely to Batch Record guidelines and up-to-date SOPs.
  • Conduct detailed cleaning of production equipment in the Injectable Department after production, following Batch Record instructions and current SOPs.
  • Accurately complete Batch Records and departmental documentation related to your tasks.
  • Load items onto filling lines outside the Sterile Area, ensuring material compliance with Batch Record specifications.
  • Perform operations on production machinery within the Sterile Area, adhering strictly to Batch Record directives and current SOPs.
  • Prepare filters for testing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness of production machinery in the Sterile Area post-production tasks, following Batch Record guidelines and updated SOPs.
  • Perform loading and unloading tasks on lyophilizers as per the latest SOPs during production operations.
  • Perform cleaning of lyophilizer chambers following the latest SOP guidelines.
  • Perform the final cleaning of the Sterile Area following the conclusion of production tasks in accordance with the existing SOPs.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure the consistent availability of materials for sterile area management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an automated production department, preferably in the chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience working in clean/sterile environments (preferred).
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
