Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleWe are looking for a Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role will be primarily responsible for Management Control activities, with a strong focus on industrial and commercial performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.The Controller will act as a business partner for Sales, Operations and Management, supporting decision-making through accurate financial analysis, while also ensuring alignment with Group reporting standards and governance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustrial Controlling and Commercial Controlling:
- Analyze industrial costs (direct, indirect, standard costs) and production variances (price, quantity, efficiency, mix, scrap).
- Monitor production orders variances and support corrective actions.
- Support the preparation of industrial budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze BOMs and production cycles, comparing actual vs. standard costs.
- Prepare industrial reporting on KPIs, production costs and industrial margins.
- Analyze product, customer and business line profitability, both ongoing and at actuals level.
- Monitor volumes, revenues and margins by area, customer and product family.
- Support the definition and monitoring of commercial KPIs (contribution margin, order/customer profitability).
- Support commercial forecasting and margin updates.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations on costs, prices and performance variances.
- Load Budget, Forecast and Actuals into the Group reporting system.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency, in line with HQ Finance requirements.
- Meet Group deadlines and reporting standards.
- Validate data and support monthly closing and consolidation processes.
- Supervise core accounting activities and coordinate AR/AP processes.
- Support cash flow monitoring and planning.
- Contribute to statutory financial statements preparation.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and internal controls.
- Support audits and fiscal topics in coordination with external advisors
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering.
- 4–7 years of experience in Management Control, preferably in industrial or structured environments.
- Previous experience in a Big Four audit firm (3–4 years).
- Strong analytical mindset and business orientation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SAP CO-FI.
- Fluent English.
