Job Title: Junior Financial Specialist (Intern) - Chinese SpeakerJob Location: Milan (Italy)Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze accounting and financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the management of the company’s annual budget, conduct monthly rolling forecasts, and track financial performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor and assess project progress, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and deadlines.
  • Provide financial support to business departments, offering guidance on finance-related matters, and design or review financial solutions for new projects to meet external compliance requirements and contribute to project success.
  • Support presales projects by conducting customer credit ratings, reviewing financial clauses, negotiating terms, and developing financing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Language Requirements: Good command of English, fluent in Italian and Chinese language.
