
Manufacturing Engineer (d/f/m)

- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma with proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
