- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5-6 years of experience in quality management within international and matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality methodologies.
- Strategic and hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
