- Manage all the aspects of HW/SW development of car Instrument cluster device: system requirements and components product cards, component specification release, supplier management, component bench and vehicle validation, test plan and test report;
- Design the Change Requests for the suppliers and support their activities;
- Follow and improve software and hardware development processes;
- Support requirements definition and evaluate technical feasibility of implementation;
- Supports the development of advanced car features/functions and their documentation in the requirements tool chain;
- Interface with customers on system architecture through workshops and design meetings;
- Coordination with other design/test departments and supplier steering;
- Project scheduling, management, and issue tracking;
- Problems item investigation and resolution;
- Generating technical reports and various presentation material to communicate issues, achievements, and technical information for project evaluations and information sharing across the organization;
- Plans and directs software and hardware updates to test facilities.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive driver displays/instrument cluster systems;
- Knowledge of Infotainment System Architecture including hardware, software and user interfaces;
- Experience and understanding of vehicle level system integration in terms of hardware and software;
- Experience in software/hardware development life cycle such as Systems engineering, integration and testing in related domains;
- Knowledge of Change Management flow;
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira;
- Knowledge and Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies;
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Previous experience as single person of contact with suppliers;
- Previous experience in team management;
- Familiarity with optical, mechanical and functional aspects related to the displays;
- Familiarity with automotive standard protocols, such as CAN and Ethernet;
- Familiarity with homologative requests in the automotive domain;
- Knowledge of Human-Machine Interaction principles.
